Cérémonie Des Insignes 2023 : Les Lauréats De La Journée Nationale Honorés Par Le Président Roopun

Le Président de la République de Maurice, M. Prithvirajsing Roopun, a remis les prix nationaux aux lauréats de la Journée nationale, mercredi, lors de la cérémonie de remise des insignes qui s’est tenue à la State House à Réduit.

Le vice-président de la République de Maurice, M. Marie Cyril Eddy Boissezon, le premier ministre, M. Pravind Kumar Jugnauth, la vice-première ministre, ministre de l’éducation, de l’enseignement supérieur, de la science et de la technologie, Mme Leela Devi Dookun-Luchoomun, le vice-premier ministre, ministre de l’administration locale et de la gestion de la réduction des risques, Dr Mohammad Anwar Husnoo, des ministres et d’autres personnalités éminentes ont également assisté à la cérémonie de remise des prix Insignia.

GRAND COMMANDER OF THE ORDER OF THE STAR AND KEY OF THE INDIAN OCEAN (GCSK)

  • Hon. Alan Ganoo, for valuable contribution in the legal, political, and social fields.

GRAND OFFICER OF THE ORDER OF THE STAR AND KEY OF THE INDIAN OCEAN (GOSK)

  • Dr (Mrs) Sarita Boodhoo, for valuable contribution in the promotion of culture and Bhojpuri language;
  • Prof. Ramesh Durbarry, for valuable contribution in the field of education;
  • Prof. Yogindranathsingh Hookoomsing (also known as Vinesh), for valuable contribution in the field of education;
  • Ambassador Dr Kheswar Jankee, for valuable contribution in the fields of tertiary education and economic diplomacy; and
  • Mr Joseph Christian Leopold, for distinguished service in the social and political fields.

  • Mr Mohammud Haniff Peerun, for significant contribution in the field of education and the promotion of trade unionism; and
  • Mr Jugduth Seegum, for significant contribution in the field of education and the promotion of trade unionism;

  • Late Mr Jean Daniel André, MSK, for exemplary contribution in the field of sports;
  • Mr Jean Marie Robert De Lapelin Dumont, for contribution in the fields of agriculture and horticulture;
  • Mr Mohammud Twaleb Jannoo, for contribution in the social field;
  • Mr Georges Clency Alain Jeannot, MSK, for contribution in the field of road safety;
  • Mr Acharya Vijay Kurreemun, MSK, for contribution in the promotion of culture and religious values; and
