Le circulaire No 67 du ministère de la Fonction publique est sans équivoque. Seules les allocations, qui sont justifiées, seront payées.
C’est du moins ce qu’affirme le circulaire No 67 émis par le bureau du Secretary for Public Service (SPS) à la suite de la publication du dernier rapport du Pay Research Bureau (PRB).
Ce rapport a rendu caduc les allocations qui étaient préalablement établis. « The Pay Research has at paragraph 20.24 of its 2021 Report stipulated that: all previous authority for the payment of allowances should lapse on the date of the publication of the 2021 Report; and Ministries/Departements should submit their requests for revision of the allowances which are not covered in the Bureau through this ministry”, écrit le Secretary for Public Service (SPS), Bojrazsingh Boyramboli. Les responsables des ministères et départements doivent venir maintenant justifier ces allocations.
« Heads of Ministries /Department are accordingly advised that all requests for payment of allowances should be fully justified and that only those cases where they are fully satisfied that no alternative means can be resorted to, should be submitted to this Ministry for consideration”, précise le SPS. Il demande ainsi aux Supervising Officers de suivre scrupuleusement ces recommandations.
Une copie du circulaire a été adressée au Secrétaire au cabinet, Nayen Koomar Ballah.
